cursor will change when it passes over a link to a radar
location. Click on the link to zoom in to that location. You may
also use the controls at the bottom of the map to adjust your
view or access radar maps for each state using the location
links beside the map.
There are 60 weather radars located around the country. Each
radar detects precipitation around its location and the Bureau
of Meterology relays this information to various organisations.
The maps display an animation of 10-minute snapshots across
intervals of between 30 minutes and 2 hours.
