From tonight, 700 workers will be onsite 24/7 to remove the level crossings at St Albans and Ginifer Stations. It will mean some disruption for local residents, and I'm sorry for that – but it will be worth it in the end.

Two more level crossings will soon be gone and two new stations will stand in their place, 6 months ahead of schedule.

From today, firies with the right training and equipment will be able to respond to heart attack victims to make sure you get the best care, as soon as possible.
