DANGEROUS: Police have slammed the actions of those responsible for this driving, who are pictured travelling through a school zone.
YOUTHS driving in an overloaded convertible with graffiti urging police to chase them was a disaster waiting to happen, say police.
The unregistered silver vehicle, which had spray paint saying “f--- pigs”, “cop hunter” and “chase?” came to the attention of other drivers in Wodonga on Wednesday morning.
Several people called Triple-0 and took photos of the car as it drove along Silva Drive, Melrose Drive and McFarland Road for more than 10 minutes.
The car was later dumped in a McFarland Road housing estate about 50 metres from where it had originally been housed.

Several photographs have been given to police.
Senior Constable Owen Clarke hopes more images – and possibly dashcam footage – will be given to officers to track down the young driver.
“It’s a disaster waiting to happen, particularly when you’ve got less experienced people behind the wheel who engage in deliberately risky behaviour,” he said.
“Everyone else on the road can see what’s likely to happen, but they either don’t know or they don’t care.
“The last thing we want is multiple injuries that could have been easily avoided.”
Up to six people crammed into the car, and about four are thought to have been dropped off at some point.
The convertible drove through a school zone, passings students as they headed inside and school buses outside.

Nicole, who asked for her last name to be withheld, said she saw the car “flying” around town.
“I was really worried when they took off and went around the corner that they’d fall out backwards,” she said.
“It was just so dangerous.”
Police disabled the car to prevent it from being used again.
A resident at the housing estate where the vehicle was left said the car had been parked at one of the homes.
She said the resident had recently gotten out of jail for drug offences and said the home was overloaded with people.
The resident may have been selling drugs from the unit, she said.
“We're certainly keen to identify the driver,” Senior Constable Clarke said.
“If anyone has any photos they may have taken on their phone, we'd love to see them.”
