The Catholic Archbishop of Melbourne, Dennis Hart says churches will support for the introduction of a redress scheme following a report from the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse.
WA Premier Colin Barnett believes a one-hour flight from Perth to Margaret River will be popular among tourists and business people.
Swan River Seaplanes flights will take around an hour each way and will be at low-altitude to allow for passengers to experience "amazing views and coastal scenery".
Premier Colin Barnett said the attraction was a welcome addition to Perth's rapidly growing tourism attractions.

"In recent years we've seen Segway tours, walking tours, wildlife encounters and adventure activities such as indoor skydiving added to the list of things, visitors can see and do in WA," he said.
"Coupled with a surge in new bars, restaurants, accommodation and arts and sporting events, there are now more attractions than ever to make Perth a great holiday destination.

"For those who are time-poor or just want to experience a bit of luxury and see our southern coast in a different way, Swan River Seaplanes is a unique offering that I'm sure will prove very popular."
Swan River Seaplanes is a sister company of award-winning Horizontal Falls Seaplane Adventures in the Kimberley.
On its website, it says guests on the day-trip will be collected and returned to their hotel as part of the day tour, which will depart from South Perth foreshore.
The new venture comes three months after Red Baron Seaplanes announced a similar trial to charter 12-minute flights from Perth to Rottnest Island.
Since the extension of the Forrest Highway, it takes drivers around three hours to travel from Perth to Margaret River by car.Â
