About the Role

ABC Property are looking for a National Manager, Engineering and Asset Management role to lead the team and drive a culture of customer service, continuous improvement, and efficiency.

You will join the Property leadership team to contribute to a culture of ongoing development and continuous improvement. You'll be joining an experienced and closely knit team who possess a strong technical knowledge of the existing ABC property portfolio, assets, plant and equipment. 

You'll have the opportunity to shape the strategy to deliver improved asset performance, manage a variety of projects nationwide, whilst ensuring the day to day operations run smoothly.  If you'd like to contribute to strategy, drive sustainability, build communication processes and enhance a team culture, we encourage you to apply. 

About You

Client satisfaction comes first for you, utilising your interpersonal and conflict resolution skills to ensure projects are delivered and issues are resolved. You're a proficient leader with experience leading a national engineering team.

You have a passion for efficiency and are very organised with strong interpersonal skills. 

You have relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering or asset management, with an awareness of current best practice and industry standards.  Business management qualifications or experience is required, as well as a drive to deliver solutions that make a difference.
