It was released in October 1984 on Charisma and Atlantic. The album was first certified gold in the United States, in the new year, then shortly afterwards being certified platinum. From the album, four singles were released, each with a music video, charting at various positions on the singles charts in both the United Kingdom and US. "Too Late for Goodbyes", the second US single, and "Valotte", the first US single, were both US Billboard Top 10 hits, the former reaching number 5 and the latter reaching number 9. The album peaked at number 17 and 20 in the US and UK, respectively. In early 1985, a few months after the release of the album, Lennon went on tour around the US, Australia, and Japan from March to June 1985.
Time is the third album released by Australian singer-songwriter Peter Andre.
Following the success of his previous album, Mushroom Records offered Andre an extended record deal, allowing him to record another album on the label. The album was released on 14 November 1997 and became Andre's last album on Mushroom Records, which saw his departure from the music industry for seven years. This was reportedly due to poor sales of the album and its singles. The album featured several collaborations, and spawned three singles: "All About Us", "Lonely" and "All Night, All Right." The album was certified Gold, with sales of over 100,000 copies in the UK.
I Need You is the third compilation album from American recording artist LeAnn Rimes. The album was first released on January 30, 2001, through Curb Records to help satisfy Rimes' recording contract obligations during litigation with the label and her management. Rimes publicly disowned the album just days after its release, causing it to be discontinued. The album was then officially released by Rimes on March 26, 2002, with four additional tracks and a new recording: "Light the Fire Within". In 2008, the album was released as a package with Rimes' debut album, Blue (1996).
I Need You received mixed reviews by music critics, who praised its pop appeal but criticized the selection of the songs, noting that none of them made a significant impact on the listeners. In the United States, the album peaked at number one on the Billboard Top Country Albums chart, and reached number ten on the Billboard 200. Internationally, it peaked at number four on the Finnish Albums Chart, number ten on the Canadian Albums Chart, and number eleven on both the Austrian Albums Chart and the Irish Album Chart. The album was certified Gold by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA), among other organizations, and was certified platinum by both Music Canada and the IFPI Finland.

Loveless is the second studio album by Anglo-Irish rock band My Bloody Valentine. Released on 4 November 1991, the album was recorded over a two-year period between 1989 and 1991. Vocalist and guitarist Kevin Shields dominated the arduous recording process, intent on achieving a particular sound; he experimented with guitar tremolo and tuning systems, unorthodox production techniques, obscured vocals, and sampled feedback and percussion. Often dissatisfied with their recording environments, the group went through nineteen recording studios and a large number of engineers over the album's two-year creation, with total recording costs rumoured to have reached £250,000.
While Loveless did not achieve great commercial success upon its release, it received enthusiastic reviews from critics, who praised its sonic innovations and experimentation. Following the record's release, My Bloody Valentine were removed from their record label Creation Records due to the difficulty and expense of working with Shields, a factor that was alleged to have contributed to the bankruptcy of the label. In the subsequent years, the group struggled to record a follow-up album and would eventually break up in 1997. Loveless would be their last full-length release for over two decades.
When he closes his eyes
he sees the things that he pretended.
When he closes his eyes
he sees the things he knows too well.
He said that it took three times to get it right
and the love of his life died.
Aching bones carry a weight
they never should have known.
He falls apart.
The stuttering of a groaning heart.
When he closes his eyes
he sees those things he knows to well
and that grief is a full time job you learn to live with.
His radio plays songs while he sleeps
a chance to fill emptiness with something.
Relief might not come,
it might not cure loneliness
