It might be time for West Aussies to toss off the tie and pick up the tools with Perth plumbers earning almost $100 an hour.
According to the latest ServiceSeeking.com.au's 'tradie rich list' WA plumbers can earn up to $94.44 an hour.

When the list was last compiled back in May, plumbers still took out the top gong charging an average of $87.67 an hour for a job - and that has surged by nearly $7 since.
Electricians come in second again earning a princely $92.24, up 4.2 per cent in average hourly pay.
The big bolter amongst tradies are landscapers, whose wagers have gone up more than 32 per cent over the last year and now earn an impressive $76.45 an hour.
West Aussie's love affair for DYI might explain why plasterers and painters are the two tradies that have plummeted down the list.
Plasterers hourly waged has dropped 14.1 per cent to $49.25 an hour and painters down 11.1 per cent to $41.38 an hour.
Serviceseeking.com.au CEO Jeremy Levitt said WA was still the most expensive state in Australia to hire a tradie, with people in Perth getting slugged more than 10 per cent above the national average.
"We have thousands of jobs and quotes being posted on our site every week, and from that data we can see a relative undersupply of tradespeople to current levels of demand in WA", he said.
"People in WA are trying to sell now to make the most of their investment before property prices hit rock bottom. The problem is, there's not enough tradies to match that demand".
The report is based on 52,000 quotes submitted through its website from October to December in 2016.
