It is only four days since Mike Baird stood down and already there is a sense that a new Gladys Berejiklian era has dawned in NSW politics.

Berejiklian at her first press conference revealed long-term ambitions like major reforms of the Federation and budgets extending out to 2020. "We have time on our hands," she said.
