An Australian NGO is calling on a Japanese whaling company to pay a one million dollar court fine
In 2015 the Federal Court of Australia fined Japanese whaling company, Kyodo Senpaku, $1 million dollars for hunting whales in Australia's Antarctic territory.
But it's yet to pay the fine.
Humane Society International, which launched the court action, wants to know if Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull raised the issue during the Japanese Prime Minister's visit to Sydney at the weekend.
