That wasn't a great game but it sure had an exciting ending - Even the extra period was sloppy, with both sides settling for either poor options, or executing the good ones poorly, before Cooper Cronk stepped up and nailed yet another clutch field goal.

For the Tigers, they blew a decent half-time lead and then Mitch Moses had one of the easiest drop goal chances of all time to win the game after that error from Vunivalu, but somehow sliced it wide. Serious questions still remain for this team who once again couldn't come through in a close contest.

We'll be back tomorrow for the Roosters and the Panthers, we'll see you then. Thanks for following along.

CRONK DOES IT!!! 35M OUT AND HE NAILS IT!!

After five awful attempts from both sides, that was absolutely money. It left his boot in line with the black dot and didn't move at all.

Brooks blasts it wide from a difficult angle! That's five cracks and five misses!

Cam Smith tries to scoot out of dummy half and snap a quick one...but slips and grubbers it along the ground and dead! Some horrendous shots so far!

Dear oh dear...Moses has a shot from 20m out, right in front with no pressure and he's missed it!!

Brooks slices it well wide but Vunivalu drops it on the kick return!!! Big chance for Wests!!

Cronk has a crack from 45m out but it's well short! Tedesco runs it back and the Tigers will be in great position!

Golden point coming up!! It hasn't been the highest quality game but it sure is tense right now. Cam Smith's goal-kicking has been the difference today...he missed four shots.

The Storm win the toss and will get the ball first...here we go!

Brooks runs it on the last and then chips in behind the line, Vunivalu does excellently to get back and dive on it! We're 25 seconds from golden point!

Rankin squeezes it through...just!!! We're all square!

Moses loses it but the Storm were offside AND Green catches him high! They're gonna try for two from about 10m in from touch...

They run it on the last before Naiqama has to put a kick in, it deflects off the boot of Koroibete before coming back to the Tigers player who kicks again and Munster has to bat it over the sideline! Wests have a scrum 10m out with three to go!

Harris drops it 40m out from the Tigers' line! That's the half-chance the Tigers needed, they'll have a good chance at the Storm line here.

Neither team giving up many inches at the moment as they trade long kings - but the Tigers need to find something special in the remaining six minutes.

Rankin hooks it wide! 18-16.

Naiqama goes in!!! Somewhat fortuitous as there looked to be a blatant knock-on a couple of plays prior, but a sweeping backline movement sees Vunivalu rush in, giving the Tigers' centre a clearer path - he bumps off the covering Munster and scores in the corner! Big kick coming up..

Hampton drops it! This gives the Tigers an opening - their feed near halfway.
