This policy covers, but is not limited to:

  • Software or devices that provide unauthorized access or intrude upon a person without their permission. This includes spyware products, phone tapping, call or text messaging interception.
  • Equipment to illegally access or tamper with software, servers, hardware, or websites.
  • Software and tools used to facilitate illegal hacking of media or bypass digital content management systems.
