Be warned! If you buy a Beer Tower at the Ark Bar. Bought first one @ 850B and staff insisted on bringing it to my table. It was so watered down that it could not even get a head no matter how i pour it. When I confronted Nuno the manager he said it must be the barrel. I ordered a bottle to show him the difference and he waffled his way through another explanation. I have been to Thailand 10 times and I know Chang Beer and what we were served was watered down.

Later I bought... another Tower from a different barman and again it was repeatedly asked that I sit and they will bring it to me. I declined and stood by watching them fill it and lo and behold it was quality Chang. As we know it.

I am not accusing the company nor the management as there is a possibility they are being scammed by some of their own staff.

Chang Beer brewery will not be pleased when they receive my detailed letter upon my return to the UK.

Ark Bar - u have a great venue and we enjoy ourselves there however you have staff members letting you down. Investigate please.

Best beach party on the island at the moment! Drink reasonable price, haven't tried food yet. Always quick to be served by staff. A little bit on the expensive side compared to other places but I guess you're paying for the entertainment also. Would give it 5* if the DJs would just lay off the heavy EDM rubbish, stick with the house/RnB.

Resort wide wifi advertised, but in the rooms, it's a little sketchy, sometimes fast, sometimes not even connecting. On the beach and at the bars/restaurants, though, it's really good. This is the second time since our origanal visit in 2010 that we've stayed here, and there are improvements every time we come back.

Great times here food good drinks not bad price for location chill next to the pool or on the beach its a must go place to be seen love it

Had a great first night on the island in this bar, atmosphere was fantastic and recommend the cocktails .... definitely stronger than other bars we tried. Lots of dancing on the beach.

Here the staff are amazing and friendly rooms clean great food and the fire show is fantastic

Awesome resort to party and relax. It's a one stop shop. Staff were very friendly. Drinks and food reasonably priced. Would love to come back one day.

Best place to chill in the afternoon catch some sun and party at night all in one.

My 1st beach party absolutely loved it x amazing hard working fire act with a difference would definitely recommend as a must to see on a khoi sumi visit x

Very nice place. Wonderfull beach. All the people is here but music is terrible. The worst I've ever heard in Thailand
