What Nutella is really made of. And it's not goodness and health
Nutella lovers may think twice about slathering it onto their toast after seeing this picture.
Shared on Reddit by user MrFlow, the image reveals just how much sugar and other unhealthy ingredients are in each bottle.
The sheer amount of sugar and the use of palm oil has seemed to have broken fans' hearts, with almost 1500 comments and up-voted more than 28,000 times on Reddit.

A little over half the jar is filled with sugar, while the remaining is divided between palm oil, cocoa, skim milk powder and hazelnuts.

The image originally comes from Consumer Center Hamburg.
The palm oil that Ferrero does use has been 100 per cent sustainable since January 2015, according to their website.
In 2012 Ferrero USA was targeted by a class action lawsuit for "misleadingly advertising Nutella as a healthy breakfast food". The lawsuit was settled for just over US$3 million.
