Weather Situation

A low pressure trough extends from northwestern Australia across northwestern and central New South Wales. The trough will move west tonight and on Thursday as a high pressure system moves across the Tasman Sea, before deepening and moving northeast during Friday as a cold passes to the south of the state. During Saturday another high pressure system will move over the southern Tasman Sea extending a ridge along the coast and the trough is expected to move west and weaken.

Partly cloudy. Slight (20%) chance of drizzle or a light shower early this morning. Winds east to northeasterly 15 to 25 km/h. Daytime maximum temperatures 24 to 29.
