Yaaaahhhh!!!! Just spoke with customer support and a Christmas Miracle Happened!!! They manually added back in the characters and missing items for my daughter, and fixed my gems issue with my game - so, barring some lost progress (like in the mini event) we are BACK!!! Seems like the previous reps I spoke with (at the end of their shift) were just overwhelmed... the gentleman I talked to today was exceptionally helpful, took the time to look up the tickets for my daughter and myself, and did what was needed to fix our issues... wonderful!!! And that means I have to post an apology to Gameloft for expressing my earlier frustrations so vehemently... Sorry Gameloft. (I still suggested the force-a-save button and a few other suggestions to make the game more reliable for everyone)... as someone once said, the squeaky wheel seems to get the grease...

This is a very fun and cute forever game and very addictive. Can't wait to see the next characters.

Love the bright colors and all the characters! The quests are fun but I wish they didn't have to take so long to complete. I can't wait to unlock more characters.

The game is fun and addicting, my kids love to play it and so do I. I can spend hours playing it.

As a longtime player (lvl 42) I think I have enough experience to be objectively critical. The games strengths are its ease to learn and play so even young children can begin and progress for the few minutes it takes assigning character quests. Unlocking new characters is easy in early stages though parents may find they'll want to spend USD to purchase 'magic' for area expansion and quest objectives due to the small amount of magic quests reward under about lvl 20. HINT- purchasing concession stands coupled with frequent logins to 'collect' magic greatly speeds accumulation of magic to remove curse from new areas. The limited events are Disney special and appropriate for the seasons and the parade floats and character costumes are very nice, well done features. Advanced players are finding it frustrating to have more amusements than area to place them; also, the advanced player wants an in-game economy system whereby they can exchange excess items for game currency.

The game is fun and engaging, with a side of addictiveness. As much as I love it however there is not enough room for all the things you need to place and magic and gems are hard to get anywhere high enough to unlock some of the curse or other things. Also the competitions seem so stacked against any players that are either/or possibly, new or can't buy anything with real money. Being higher up or with gems the players have more characters and more reality to earn things from. Out of the last competition the very lowest level (that was show in the top 50) was a level 32 and most were at least 10-20 levels higher. Because of that the people who are ahead and have more gems given, bought or earned, are the only ones able to win the boost of help.

This game is a great game to log in, do a few things, and log out again without spending a lot of time. The animations are fun and bring out each character's personality. I'd give it five stars if it weren't for the limited time events. Unless you are willing and able to log in every couple of hours throughout the day, or you are willing to spend cash for gems to speed things up, I just don't see how it is possible to complete the entire event quest line before it closes. I'd be okay with having to spend money on the extra characters (most recently Olaf and Sven), but it feels like pay to win when I can't finish the Winter Event quests in time because of the sheer number of tokens to gather. If you're okay with leaving a story unfinished, or have the resources or time to finish them, and you're a Disney fan, you'll have no trouble giving this five stars!
