Who needs two hands? Doting dad Armie Hammer takes his daughter out in a stroller AND walks the dog with one arm in a sling

He underwent an operation to repair a torn pectoral muscle last Thursday - just three days before his wife gave birth to their little boy.

But that didn't stop Armie Hammer taking their two-year-old daughter Harper out in her stroller on Wednesday...even with his arm still strapped up in a sling.

The multi-tasking papa also wrangled the family's adorable Welsh terrier, Archie, as they strolled in a park in Los Angeles.

The 30-year-old's wife Elizabeth was likely at home looking after their yet-to-be-named son, who they welcomed into the world on Sunday. 

For the walk, Armie wore a black and blue plaid jacket draped over his shoulders and a light blue T-shirt and faded black jeans and a brown cap, while his daughter snoozed in her stroller. 

The little cutie also got out of her stroller to walk next to her dad at one point.

The Man From U.N.C.L.E. actor revealed that he'd had surgery in a series of Instagrams that first showed his black and blue upper arm, captioned: 'If anyone is curious what the bruising looks like when you tear your pectoral muscle clean from the bone.... it looks like this.'

A third snap he captioned 'RIP chest hair...' as he lay on a hospital operating table with a nurse shaving his chest.

The same day the proud father also shared an adorable Instagram picture of himself holding Harper and Elizabeth holding their baby boy as they left hospital with a heartfelt tribute to Elizabeth.

'This is our family. My wife, who is so strong and fierce she not only tried to walk herself out of the hospital room on her own two feet, but made that hallway look like a runway on the way out - I love you and am so impressed with you,' he gushed.

'Harper, our perfect daughter who already tries to comfort and smother her younger brother with love and kisses. And the newest addition: our Son (future world heavyweight champ) #TheHammily.'
