And Nicole Richie stole the spotlight as she made a stylish arrival at the SVEDKA Vodkaís 2nd Annual Broken Resolutions Bash in Los Angeles on Tuesday night. 

The 35-year-old showed off her svelte frame in a striking metallic gold blouse which she tucked into a figure-hugging patterned skirt.

The dazzling top complemented her stylish floor-length skirt, which sported foiled gold leaf patterns throughout and an underlay of navy lace. 

Sticking to the regal colour scheme, the daughter of Lionel Richie adorned herself with a labyrinth of matching gold chains and rings. 

Nicole's shoulder-length blonde locks sported a deep side parting and were styled in sexy waves, framing her perfectly preened, chiselled make-up look. 

The former Simple Life star - who is mother to Harlow, eight, and Sparrow, seven, with husband Joel Madden - took initiative from her former partying ways as she put on a lively display at the event.

Nicole Richie stood out from the crowd at the SVEDKA Vodka 2nd Annual Broken Resolutions Bash in LA when she wore this gold metallic getup along with a fur coat from her fashion line, House of Harlow 1960.

Meanwhile, Nicole's high-spirited appearance comes after rumours that her six-year marriage to Good Charlotte front-man was in trouble.

There has been reports of Richie ditching her wedding ring in early December, apparently fed up with rumours of Joel's flirting and philandering.

According to sources close to the reality starlet - who is big sister to rising model Sofia Ritchie, 18 - she is at her 'wits' end.'

A individual told the gossip site Radar: 'Nicole has tried everything! She’s just reached the end of her rope. She was a wild child once, but they have two kids now and she believes Joel needs to grow up for them — if not her.'
