RHONY's Jules Wainstein says she is facing eviction from NYC townhouse she shares with her two children as their father Michael splurges on parties
The drama continues for RHONY's Jules Wainstein and her estranged husband, Michael.
After months of contentious court battles in their bitter divorce, Jules, 35, is hurling more accusations at her husband.
Jules' lawyer Allan Mayefsky appeared in a Manhattan Supreme Court Wednesday and questioned Michael's spending habits.
Together they couple have two children: five-year-old Jagger and three-year-old Rio.

According to Page Six, she said she is is facing eviction from the Gramercy Park townhouse she's currently living in with the couple's children.
'We wonder how he's paying his expenses, your honor, he seems to be doing OK, living fine . . . traveling to Florida, hosting dinners.'
According to Mayefsky, Michael owes Jules a lot of money, including $20,000 in child support and $34,190 in rent, which is why Jules is getting the eviction notices.
He was previously ordered to make his first payment to Jules on September 30.

The couple still share their Manhattan residence, but live on different floors and Jules' divorce lawyer says the eviction notice is only for the two floors Jules shares with the couple's children.
The Real Housewives Of New York star asserts that, instead of paying for his children, Michael has been throwing parties for up to 30 families on Manhattan's Upper West Side and has been jetting down to Florida to take flying lessons.
Michael's lawyer denies the claims.
In court Wednesday, the judge ordered Michael to pay Jules $25,000 and set up a hearing for next month to discuss further repercussions.

It isn't the first time the duo have fought over money since parting ways last summer.
In November, the couple were in court fighting over Jules' spending habits.
TMZ reported at the time that in court Michael painted Jules as a prolific spender, saying she burned through $2,000 on Uber rides in two weeks last month, and racked up a $40,000 American Express bill last year.
The couple is deep in debt, Richardson told the court, noting that they have three maxed out credit card accounts and an Upper East Side property on the brink of foreclosure.

Michael's net worth previously had been reported as $25 million.
Jules - who told the court she took in $60,000 as a newcomer on Bravo's Big Apple staple last season, 'was then trying to keep up with her peers on the show,' and spending beyond her means, Richardson said, according to the NY Post.
For her part, Jules, 35, whose background is Japanese and Jewish, said that Michael, a 44-year-old venture capitalist, leaves their two children with a nanny during their stays with him, and shouldn't get more visitation with them than every other weekend.

Jules and Michael, owner and founder of venture capitalist firm Private Capital Group, got married in 2008 and official filed for divorce in July 2016.
Jules joined the cast of The Real Housewives Of New York City for season eight that concluded last year and she isn't returning for the new season.
The couple's marriage problems played out on the show during the only season Jules was a regular.
