A 26-year-old woman is fighting for life in Sydney's Royal North Shore Hospital after falling from a second-story apartment in Lane Cove.
A NSW Police spokesperson told The Sydney Morning Herald a man was assisting police with their enquiries.

The incident happened after 11pm on Thursday and authorities were alerted by a neighbour in the apartment complex who heard a woman scream.
The woman fell onto a concrete surface and suffered critical head injuries.
