enjoyable but needs to get its connection fixed

first of all, the game looks great. ubisoft did an excellent job with the environment, snow, and overall ambiance. it's also definitely a bit more realistic than past arcadey snow games, so be warned about that. however, the game lends itself to simply taking on challenges or exploring the mountain like you would if you were on the mountain yourself, minus the part where you can hurt yourself. i found Steep to be a nice relaxing game to play where i didn't need to really think about anything and just ride. that said, there are some weird quirks with the game especially when the game seems to stutter briefly or freeze for a few seconds. this may or may not be related to the game trying to connect you with other players near you on the mountain, but it sure does cause issues when you are trying to land some jumps and do some tricks. all in all, ubi has done a good job with these free play weekends. sucked me into a few purchases.

I like the open free environment. I do like the overall feel of the game. Did not like the control it took awhile to get use to That lessened the Fun factor. @ $30 this is not a bad buy 🤑 Plus the Xbox One doesn't really have a large Selection of video games in the genre. I would say if you're looking for a game of this type to add to your collection this would be a good way to go since it's only $30 for a limited time.

Fun and challenging.

very beautiful game graphicly. riding and flying are both fun, but the trick system is very limited and harder than it should be, i know its supposed to be realistic but doing tricks could be a lot better. also random lag during runs sometimes ruins your best times because it is too busy trying to match you with random people close by

very amazing game.i am very impressed! this game is so much fun never a dull moment.graphics are awesome and controls are super easy.very realistic feel to the game.fully customize loadout the way you want your player boards and clothes ect. i must say this game is more fun than i thought it would be!!!

doing railslides is fun if all you want are boardslides and 50 50s that dont register a score. wing suit is fun if you like faceplanting as soon as you take a step. the gear is all for looks, you only pick designs and the alpine versions of boards are not always marked as such. great free or $10 game, otherwise skip it.

Steep is a good overall game, very nice on the graphics and the sound but you guy really need to make sure that your servers can handle a game like this connected all the time it would have been nice to know to know that it can handle countless hours before it would disconnected from your servers instead of a minute of game time. I can barely play your game. The developers should have server tested the game before its day one release so that this would not happen to new players of the game.I love the game as it is without needing to be fully connected to the internet.
