Cheap flights to Europe, Asia, USA: Cathay Pacific launches sale to beat back to work blues

Just as the post-holiday depression has started to sink in and the daydreams of a summer abroad begin, Cathay Pacific has launched a New Year sale to kick those back-to-work blues.

The Hong Kong airline is offering savings on bookings made between January 9 and 29 to top bucket-list destinations. Zip away to Hong Kong from $786 return, North America from $1384 return or Europe from $1084 return.

Selected travel dates start from the February 16 to the November 30, 2017 with some blackout periods. This New Year sale includes holiday favourites like New York, London and Vancouver. For the first time with Cathay Pacific, you can also visit Israel's second largest metropolitan city, Tel Aviv.
