Some favourites you are bound to see during your daytime adventure include wallabies, kangaroos and echidnas. If you feel especially adventurous, head out for a nighttime tour and watch various species in their natural habitat, such as flying foxes, sugar gliders, possum and colourful frogs. The beach is a great destination to spot sea turtles, dolphins and even sharks. Bring your binoculars along, as humpback whales pass through the waters of Fraser Island between May and November.
