Police clear one man, search for witnesses of suspicious Wamboin fire
NSW police are seeking witnesses to a suspicious fire in Wamboin on Tuesday.
Emergency services responded to a grass fire alight on Norton Road on Tuesday afternoon, as the mercury climbed to 38.5 degrees.
While the blaze has since been brought under control, police are urging anyone with information about the fire to come forward.
They had originally called for a man spotted riding a yellow bike on Ellendon Road to come forward but investigators ruled him out on Tuesday night after he approached police.
