Travellers on four flights to and from Bali were left disappointed on Wednesday as Tigerair cancelled flights due to new administrative requirements imposed by the Indonesian Government.
In a public statement, the low-cost carrier's spokesperson said future flights were in doubt.
"Tomorrow's (Thursday's) daily return Bali flights are under review and update will be made on this website. In the event of further cancellations, customers will be contacted proactively by Tigerair Australia.

"Reccomodation on next available Virgin Australia service (subject to availability).
"Tigerair is working with the relevant Indonesian authorities to meet the new requirements and is hopeful of having flights up and running again as soon as possible."
On Tigerair's Facebook page, Kate Draper wrote: "Stranded in Bali (nice place to be though) but what's happening and when are we going home???".
No other airlines appear to be affected by the administrative changes, with Virgin Australia, Garuda Indonesia Airlines, Qantas all flying successfully to Denpasar International Airport on Wednesday.
