Not trying to fit all kids in same box. Diff career paths. Better focus. School choice. I'm open but must be diff.

do you realize that choice schools aren't required to provide special education? what happens then?

its not a binary choice. You must have both (students can't grow if they aren't proficient). The go hand in hand.
