A woman has died in a two-vehicle crash in Sydney's west on Wednesday afternoon.
Police and emergency services were called to Cabramatta Road, near the intersection of Bauer Road, in Cabramatta West, about 1.15pm.

Elderly woman killed in car crash
A 70-year-old woman has been killed in a head-on crash on Cabramatta Road in Sydney's south west. Vision: Seven News
Initial investigations suggest a Honda Jazz and a Citroen Xsara collided head-on, killing a female passenger, believed to have been in her 70s.
NSW Ambulance paramedics treated four other patients at the scene. A man believed to be in his 70s, a woman thought to be in her 50s and a man and woman both believed to be in their 20s were all taken to Liverpool Hospital in critical conditions.
Investigations into the crash are still under way, with a crime scene established at the crash site.
