A house that’s described as “Snow White’s cottage” has been listed for sale, but it doesn’t come with any fairytale dwarves.

The white mud-brick cottage is for sale in Washington State for a cool $US952,000 ($1.25 million), for those who have always wanted to live like “the fairest of them all”.

According to the listing “Snow White and the seven dwarfs retired in Olalla and now are putting their home up for sale.

“Wood beams were hand carved, stained-glass windows are everywhere, and the walls appear to [be] more like a magical cave.”

The home was completed in 1982, by some diehard fans of Walt Disney’s feature film that came out all the way back in 1937.

It has four bedrooms, each with a fireplace, and could be used as a family residence or as a bed and breakfast.

The house sits on about 3 hectares (7.5 acres) of woodland which are also like something from a fairytale, though unfortunately without Snow White’s singing birds.

A winding path leads up to the house and a stone bridge leads over a creek.

The sloping and curving design of the house and the low shingled roof is completely unique – there are no square corners throughout the whole building.

Each oval-shaped door was hand built with extensive iron work and painted white.

There’s also a bonus tree house in case you need some alone time away from your fictional handsome prince.
