Young Johnny Depp,Tom Petty And The Heartbreakers - Into The Great Wide open
The official "Refugee" music video by Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers from the album "Damn the Torpedoes," recorded in 1979. ---------- Technical Details: ------------------------- The video was sourced from YouTube. The video's audio source was replaced with a high-quality and Stereo PCM-16 WAV (FLAC source) from the remastered box set circa 1995, "Playback." The video and audio were then synchronized in Adobe Premiere Pro CS6, speeding up the video by 100.36% to account for the old video tape from which the video came from running a bit slow compared to the accurate digital copy of the song. A +0.36% speed difference is so small, you'd never notice it, but if the video was left alone, the audio/video sync would have started to drift a small bit right after the beginning and progressiv...

For some reason my webcam never syncs it's internal audio with the video :s This song will be properly recorded on soundcloud soon :D
I used to sing this lullaby to Matthew when he was five or six years old. Felt like singing it and recording it. Its on D scale, the same scale that Tom Petty recorded the original on. The guitar is a Gibson Custom Shop ES 355, plugged into a VOX Valvetronix amp with Reverb set midway. The effect is set at AC30 classic. Vocals from Shure Beta 58A into a Roland Chorus Head AC-60. Recorded using an iPhone 7 Plus pointed 3 feet away from the soundbox.
Most recent workout songs https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLDC3736EB0A3CFA79 Weak-Side Hooping Since hooping is asymmetrical, always hooping in one direction execises muscles on each side of the body differently. There are some moves I can do rotating the hoop anti-clockwise that I can't even approximate going clockwise. So there's a lot of upside potential in rotating the hoop opposite the direction you're used to, which I call weak-side hooping. There's increased muscle confusion and you gain strength as your body has to work muscles differently from before. In this session I'm rotating clockwise in all but the last couple of songs. As time goes on and I get tired improvisation starts falling apart and it becomes a matter of just paying my dues until I build up the strength to...
This is my personal interpretation of one of my absolute favourite Tom Petty songs, A Face in the Crowd. Recorded 20161102. This is the a new version of the video I published two days ago. Only two differences are that the video of the base is now in sync with the audio and the G/B chord on the acoustic guitar is now also shown.

I got a room at the top of the world tonight
I can see everything tonight
I got a room where everyone
Can have a drink and forget those things
That went wrong in their life
I got a room at the top of the world tonight
I got a room at the top of the world tonight
I got a room at the top of the world tonight
And I ain't comin' down, I ain't comin' down
I got someone who loves me tonight
I got over a thousand dollars in the bank
And I'm all right
Look deep in the eyes of love
Look deep in the eyes of love
And find out what you were looking for
I got a room at the top of the world tonight
I got a room at the top of the world tonight
I got a room at the top of the world tonight
And I ain't comin' down, I ain't comin' down
I wish I could feel you tonight, little one
You're so far away
I want to reach out and touch your heart
Yeah like they do in those things on TV, I love you
Please love me, I'm not so bad
And I love you so
I got a room at the top of the world tonight
I got a room at the top of the world tonight
I got a room at the top of the world tonight
And I ain't comin' down, I ain't comin' down
