Remember those Xbox Onesies?
Remember that stroke of marketing genius that went viral on a global scale? To the point where even EA tried to imitate it with a tone deaf Battlefield Onesie that almost every reasonable human being railed against?
That idea originated in Australia, with Microsoft Australia to be precise. And as much as I hate onesies with a powerful passion it was a world class idea.
But now Microsoft Australia is drunk with power.
Bonnie Ross, head of 343 Industries, has released a statement on the Halo Waypoint forums clarifying the development of Halo/Mega Bloks project Haggar and confirming its former development. She noted that Haggar was "just one example of several similar projects we have evaluated throughout the years".
It seems that Master Chief almost ended up blasting Covenant made of Mega Bloks. After showing the Diddy Kong racing sequel that never was and a scrapped sequel to Oni, archivist Andrew Borman is now reporting on the prototype for Mega Bloks Halo in a new video on his YouTube channel.
