Persian2English: On Thursday June 2, an Ahwazi Arab woman political prisoner was beaten unconscious in Yasouj Prison (Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad Province, central Iran), according to close sources. 33 year old Fahimeh Esmaeili Badawi, an elementary school teacher, was reportedly beaten unconscious by prison guards following a verbal argument with one of the prison guards, Ameneh “Foloudi”. Fahimeh was taken to the prison clinic, however, due to the deterioration of her health, she was transferred to a hospital outside the prison. Despite her unstable condition, Fahimeh was returned to her prison cell on Friday, where she is reportedly banned from outside contact, including phone calls with her family. According to reports, she is currently experiencing dizziness and suffering from severe pain as a result of swellings and bruises on her face and body.

Fahimeh, now 33 years old, was arrested by Iranian authorities in November 2005 along with her husband, Ali Matourzadeh. According to confirmed reports, Fahimeh was eight months pregnant at the time of her arrest and gave birth in solitary confinement without any medical assistance and while in the presence of her interrogators.  Ali was reportedly severely tortured and pressured to accept vague terrorism charges against him. According to reports, Ali complied with Iranian authorities in order to save his wife and newborn daughter, and consequently, he was executed in December 2006. Iranian authorities reportedly did now allow Ali the chance to say goodbye to Fahimeh or their newborn daughter before he was hanged. Fahimeh was also severely tortured by Iranian authorities until she agreed to provide them with forced confessions, which were used by an Iranian court to sentence her to 15 years in prison. So far Fahimeh was spent 11 of the 15 years in prison without a day of furlough (temporary prison leave).

ضرب و شتم یک زندانی سیاسی از سوی مأموران زندان یاسوج/ بیهوشی و انتقال به بیمارستان

روز پنج شنبه ۱۳ خردادماه، فهیمه اسماعیلی، زندانی سیاسی اهوازی، در پی مشاجره با مأمور زندان یاسوج مورد ضرب و شتم قرار گرفته و به دلیل وخامت حال به بیمارستان منتقل شد.

به گزارش تارنگار حقوق بشر در ایران، فهیمه اسماعیلی، زندانی سیاسی محبوس در زندان یاسوج، روز پنج شنبه ۱۳ خردادماه، در پی بحث و مشاجره با مأمور زندان مورد ضرب و شتم قرار گرفته و بیهوش گردید. این زندانی سیاسی پس از انتقال به بهداری به دلیل وخامت حال به بیمارستان منتقل شد. وی در روز جمعه ۱۴ خردادماه به زندان بازگردانده شده و هم اکنون در شرایط نامساعد جسمی و روحی می باشد.

شبکه حقوق بشر کردستان این باره گزارش کرد:« ضرب و شتم زمانی آغاز شد که در داخل بند بدون دلیل خاص مامور زندان به فهیمه گیر داده و به وی توهین کرده و این سبب ایجاد درگیری لفظی بین آنها شد. این مامور بعدا اقدام به توهین و بی‌احترامی  به فهیمه کرده و با شدت گرفتن درگیری لفظی، این مامور اقدام به ضرب و شتم وی کرد.»

فهیمه اسماعیلى، همسر على مطوری‌زاده، در تاریخ ۷ آذر ١٣٨۴ در حالى که ٨ ماهه باردار بود بازداشت شد. این شهروند اهوازی یک ماه بعد از بازداشت در سلول انفرادی بازداشتگاه اطلاعات اهواز در حضور بازجویان و بدون وجود هیچ گونه امکاناتی وضع حمل کرد. وی در دادگاه انقلاب به ۱۵سال حبس و تبعید به زندان یاسوج محکوم شد. حکم اعدام همسر وی در ٢٨ آذر ١٣٨۵ اجرا گردید.

فهیمه اسماعیلى هم اکنون دهمین سال از دوران محکومیت خود را در زندان یاسوج سپری می کند.
