Theta brain waves are the brain state of REM sleep (dreams), hypnosis, lucid dreaming, and the barely conscious state just before sleeping and just after waking. Theta brainwaves are considered extremely relaxing brainwave activity that is commonly associated with sleep and dreaming. Theta brainwaves are high in amplitude and cycle within the range of 4 -- 8 Hz and are usually generated in the brains right hemisphere. Theta waves kick in when we feel emotional, relaxed, daydreamy, unfocused, or are asleep. Theta brainwaves are generally thought of as the brainwaves that are dominant in people with A.D.D., high levels of relaxation, high levels of creativity, and random thinking. The theta brainwave is considered the brainwave pattern that is dominant in deeply relaxed, dream sleep.
Theta brain waves typically range from 4 Hz to 8 Hz. Theta brain waves are associated with the "subconscious mind" and are usually produced in the right-hemisphere of the brain - as opposed to beta brain waves, which are produced in the left-hemisphere and are associated with the "conscious mind." The brain creates theta brain wave rhythms each time you are in "dream sleep." Also, during R.E.M. [Rapid-Eye Movement] sleep, the brain is full of theta brain wave activity.
Nearly 3/5 of your entire time spent sleeping at night involves the production of theta brain waves in your brain. Many individuals also are able to access theta brain waves when they are: driving for a long stretch on the highway, practicing their meditation routine, using a self-hypnosis recording, or practicing other forms of deep relaxation. This session has been designed for deep inner transformation, revitalization, and consciousness expansion. It is one of the most powerful healers I have made. Theta is known as a miracle healing mental state and 528Hz relates to Transformation and miracles.
528Hz plays throughout the whole video and varying volumes along with theta isochronic tones. 528Hz is the most popular Solfeggio frequency for healing. Through the power of resonance, different frequencies will affect us in different ways. This frequency has been known to work transformation and miracles. 528Hz is the frequency of all botanical life on earth, it is the frequency of love, and NASA shows it is also the frequency of our sun! Finally we know the ancient Egyptians used Solfeggio for healing and altering consciousness in large sound chambers where they would reverberate frequencies (eg. 528Hz) throughout the chambers to generate specific effects on individuals. Alpha waves are the "relaxing waves". They function as a bridge between the subconscious mind (theta) and the conscious mind (beta).
12 Hz - mental clarity; doorway to all other frequencies
11.5 Hz - associated with increased intelligence and mental efficiency

3.5 Hz - very good against depressions and anxiety

What is this?
This is a deep Theta 'brainwave entrainment' session, using Isochronic Tones with a metal crystal bowls and rain background track. It is designed to make it easier to experience a deeper state of meditation, usually only achieved after many years of practice.
The session begins at the top of the Alpha/Beta border range (12 Hz), and guides you down to high Theta in about 7 minutes. Then gently down to deep Theta (5.5 Hz) by the 14 minutes mark, where it holds you for just over half an hour, before bringing you back up to a more alert state again of 15Hz in Beta.
This is not designed for sleep
Because this session guides you back up to the higher Beta frequency range at the end, it is not designed for using to help you get to sleep.

What is this?
This is a deep Theta 'brainwave entrainment' session, using Isochronic Tones with a metal crystal bowls and rain background track. It is designed to make it easier to experience a deeper state of meditation, usually only achieved after many years of practice.
The session begins at the top of the Alpha/Beta border range (12 Hz), and guides you down to high Theta in about 7 minutes. Then gently down to deep Theta (5.5 Hz) by the 14 minutes mark, where it holds you for just over half an hour, before bringing you back up to a more alert state again of 15Hz in Beta.
This is not designed for sleep
Because this session guides you back up to the higher Beta frequency range at the end, it is not designed for using to help you get to sleep.

What is this?
This is a deep Theta 'brainwave entrainment' session, using Isochronic Tones with a metal crystal bowls and rain background track. It is designed to make it easier to experience a deeper state of meditation, usually only achieved after many years of practice.
The session begins at the top of the Alpha/Beta border range (12 Hz), and guides you down to high Theta in about 7 minutes. Then gently down to deep Theta (5.5 Hz) by the 14 minutes mark, where it holds you for just over half an hour, before bringing you back up to a more alert state again of 15Hz in Beta.
This is not designed for sleep
Because this session guides you back up to the higher Beta frequency range at the end, it is not designed for using to help you get to sleep.

Headphones?
Headphones are not required for this particular session. But, if you can use headphones, I always recommend it. When you use headphones it helps to block out any peripheral sound in the room, and I personally find the entrainment experience to be more powerful when using them.
