The world building technique of taking ruins of the old world and giving life to it anew was really fascinating to read as David travels to the new Manhattan with his team and new people. The amount of suspense was enough to keep me edging in my seat and I loved every bit of David's completely hilarious metaphors.
The plot twists throughout the story were those that you don't ever see coming. I'm still baffled at this new information that is given to me from this sequel and I dont even know what to think anymore nor do I even have anything to form a thought about what I think would happen in the third book.
Brandon Sanderson is a genius storyteller, and I look forward to reading more of this series and his other books.

Brandon Sanderson has officially become one of my favorite writers, and I will definitely be reading more of his books. The world building is well done, the characters were so flawed and fleshed out perfectly, and plot was not-once boring, and the story telling is phenomenal and captivating. It was, ultimately, Epic....more
