A man has been killed after his car collided head-on with a truck on a highway in south-east Queensland.
The driver, who was aged in his 40s, died when he struck the northbound truck on the Brisbane Valley Highway, north of Esk, about 3.15am on Friday.
The 24-year-old male truck driver was taken to Ipswich Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
