Former Australian Test cricketer Stuart MacGill may appear in a Sydney court this week, after his girlfriend Julie Singleton served him with an apprehended domestic violence order.
Ms Singleton, a Sydney lawyer and the ex-wife of high-profile businessman John Singleton, sought a provisional AVO on Boxing Day, and the case is set to be mentioned in court on Thursday, where police will apply for orders on her behalf.
Alan Langdon and his six-year-old daughter, Que, have sailed into Ulladulla on the NSW south coast four weeks after they were reported missing in New Zealand.

MacGill was a right arm leg-spinner, who retired in 2008 after playing 44 Tests over a decade-long career.
The matter will be in Waverley Local Court.
MacGill is due to appear in the same court, on the same day, as Sydney to Hobart skipper Anthony Bell, the subject of AVO proceedings by his wife Kelly Landry, a former television presenter.Â
