Police have charged a man with murder after a 20-year-old was reportedly stabbed to death in the Perth CBD.
Major crime squad detectives are investigating the death of Piri Phillips, whose body was found outside a church near the Wesley Quarter on William Street at around 6.20pm on Tuesday.

Friends of Mr Phillips say they tried desperately to save his life after the incident.
A 37-year-old Nollamara man has been charged with murder and assault after allegedly resisting arrest.
He is due to appear in Perth Magistrates Court on Wednesday.
