As of this writing I have been out of my mind on acid bought off the Dark Web for the better part of 24 hours. My house is covered in drawings, still-burning incense, and every mirror appears to be dotted with the words “YOU ARE TAICHI” written in what I presume to be blood. Texts from Stirner are scattered about everywhere and people on twitter are asking me how they can join The Ancient and Medicinal Order of the Hyena.

Forest Friends: Get (A) Clue! is a game where players try to figure out the three main facts of an attack against Industrial Civilization: the attacker (animal), the location of the attack, and the weapon used in the attack. We do this so that the animal can be celebrated by all of their fellow forest friends (because there are no forest cops who want to imprison these comrades for their brave actions in this imaginary world).

We begin by returning to our dialogue with the Haters, discussing a critique of anti-civilization discourse, the Rojava reportbacks by Paul Z Simons (who has outed themselves in the last writeup), and then an emo rantish introduction to the topic of Indigeneity by Aragorn!

When I was six-years-old my anarchist dad smuggled me a copy of Jurassic Park against my mom’s prohibitions. “When you can read it, you can read it,” he said, and within a year I had not only learned every last word, I’d read my fraying copy cover to cover dozens of times in the boring waits at homeless shelters, soup kitchens and welfare offices. Surrounded by a filthy concrete dystopia I read again and again with wide eyes as the Cassandra character inveighed against rigid systems of control as prone to diminishing returns and inevitable catastrophe, spoke about how hunter gatherers worked far less and played far more. I was hooked. Between survivalist day camps and Zerzan tracts at the used bookstore primitivism gave me wonderful ammunition against the myriad tyrannies that littered my existence, from elementary school to the hustles of poverty.

As I’ve said many times, the enemy does not occupy every inch of our lives. There are many fissures in the dominant reality, and places where the patrols and henchmen are few. So we can, if we choose, as individuals or in groups, take advantage of these weaknesses. We dream, we make love, we play, we fight, we speak our minds, we break, we join indigenous traditionalists in their re-occupation camps, we sabotage, we romance, we learn sensual skills, we withdraw and we attack, we analyze, we laugh, we try, we experiment, etc.
