I have several styles of Alegria shoes and keep getting more because they are so comfortable for by problem feet. These are more snug across the front of the foot than the Alegria Classic but loose in the heel like a Dansko Pro. I like the loafer look of these.

I bought these boots for my husband for the Christmas Season. He really liked them out of the box and thought that he finally found the boot he was looking for, however, the sole has already started to fall apart on both boots.

The inside lining of the shoe can be seen when you have the shoe on. Does not look good showing on top of the black leather. Other than that would have been the perfect shoe as I already own the same shoe in nude.

I have terrible foot issues like neuroma and capsulitis and tailors bunions. I just wore this shoe today square dancing all after noon. 600 mg of ibuphrophen and no pain during or after dancing. I am sooo happy God sent me this miracle shoe. It is so well worth the money. Has deep heel cup to get the pressure off of forefoot. Great arch and metatarsal pads. Great with nylons or socks or barefoot. I got the dressy silvery color. I also used a awl and waxed thread and sewed a leather bottom on the forefoot for twirling. So comfortable no break in period.

I like these shoes, but I had a problem with the comfort and arch support. I wore these shoes for a day and could not wait to take them off. The problem is they have a sealed tongue to help with waterproofing. The issue with this is the leather folds over on the sides when you tie up the shoe and this creates pressure points on the right and left side on top of your foot. I did not want to return these shoes since they were the pair I really wanted. I took a bold step and cut theses side flaps off. I hope I don't regret this after wearing them for a while. They do fit great now, but the arch support is still lacking.

Thanks you Zappos for continuing to carry cute and comfortable footwear in narrow widths. These booties fit perfectly and felt heavenly from minute one of putting them on. I have been wearing them, or I should say one of them, all day for the past three days, as my right foot is in an orthopedic "boot" while a broken toe joint heals. The bootie has just the right matching heel height and has to be worn from morning until bedtime, a lot to ask of a new shoe. This one has been a joy. Just a note: the color looks closer to hunter green than teal/blue.

Love these boots! Wear a size 8.5, ordered a 9. Lightweight, warm & cozy. I have large calves and the ease of the laces works perfectly. We actually had a blizzard in Virginia yesterday and i didn't wear socks! Stayed warm for hours!! Unbelievable, why didn't I order these sooner?!? Best purchase I've made in a long time.
