Boston speed limit now 25 mph

Starting today, the default speed limit in the City of Boston is 25 mph.

Building Closures

All municipal buildings are open based on their regular schedules.

Trash and recycling

Pickup is on a normal schedule. We also collect Christmas trees this week. Please check your schedule.

Parking Meters

Parking meters are operating normally today.

Tow Lot

The tow lot is open from 7 a.m. - 11 p.m. Automated kiosks are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for vehicle releases.

Street Cleaning

Today is the second Monday of the month and street cleaning is running on a normal schedule.
