Osher said: 'It's great. I'm just really, really happy, and I'm so lucky.'
The newlyweds, who later headed off to honeymoon in Japan, treated their guests to a pre-wedding picnic, cricket match, swim and a Fijian dinner at Wollombi Barnstay.
Dressed in a 'bourgainvillea' jacket, white linen trousers and a floral tie, 42-year-old Osher stepped up to the outdoor altar to say his vows alongside his brother and best man Ed Gunsberg.
The bride, looking stunning in an Art Deco gown by Israeli designer Galia Lahav, was given away by her parents Jamie and Louisa Griffen - while the family dog, Frankie, was the ring-bearer.
Hint: Audrey dropped a hint the pair may be set to marry soon when she shared this picture on Instagram last month.

The TV presenter not only wrote his vows with his make-up artist beau in mind, but also her 12-year-old daughter Georgia.
He said: 'I wrote some vows to Georgia as well as Audrey, because that's the deal. I'm not entering into a relationship with with one person, I'm entering into a relationship with two!'
Audrey paid tribute to Osher, who proposed in January last year, in her vows, saying there are 'innumerable' reasons why she loves and adores him.
My turn: Osher has been helping singles find love ever since he began hosting The Bachelor in 2013, when Tim went looking for love
After the formalities had been completed, Georgia performed a specially choreographed dance routine to Florence and The Machine's Dog Days Are Over inside a marquee, which hosted the reception.
The newlyweds then took to the dance floor for their first dance as man and wife, which was performed to Luther Vandross' Never Too Much.
Guests were treated to platters of food, tunes from DJ Goodwill and a homemade cake, which was lovingly crafted by none other than the bride.

Audrey whipped up a two-tier vegan chocolate and coconut cake, which was decorated with pink and white roses.
The bride, who says her and Osher aren't 'fancy people', told New Idea that the whole ceremony had a bring your own theme to it.
She said: 'It turned into an epic-three day festival of a wedding. It was BYO everything, because we like a challenge.'
