Holly Willoughby has vowed to cut sweet treats out of her diet as she looks to begin 2017 in healthy fashion.

The blonde beauty, 35, shared a picture of a bottle of mineral water on Instagram and suggested it was a welcome change from munching on chocolates.

She wrote: 'But it's back to reality... come on January, we got this... let's eat something that's not out of a quality street tin! #homesweethome ♀️'

The mouthwatering spread featured all the classics: pigs in blankets, Yorkshire puddings, roast potatoes, stuffing, roast beef and turkey.

Holly rang in the New Year in Barbados with her husband Dan, 40, and their children Harry, seven, Belle, five, and Chester, two.

The sun-soaked getaway came just days after the family enjoyed a skiing trip.

Discussing the results of the Playtex survey with The Sun, Holly revealed: 'I said to him (Keith Lemon) I blame you entirely for this!

Asked whether she was annoyed the nickname had stuck, Holly told The Guardian: 'The fact that you can laugh and joke about it can only show that you are more comfortable in your own skin.'
