The youngsters' day out comes in the wake of reports that Roxy is set to leave husband Oliver, the father of her two children, upon his release from prison.

Oliver is expected to be released from Cooma prison in June after he was convicted of insider trading last year.

Roxy, 36, has been openly discussing plans to end their four-year marriage when he is released, a friend told The Daily Telegraph on Sunday.

'She has said that once Oli is out, she will end it,' the friend said.

They also said that the entrepreneur didn't appear to want the split, but has been 'preparing for it for a while' and seems to have it 'worked out in her head'.

Roxy has been getting support from her friend and ex-boyfriend, millionaire property developer Nabil Gazal, friends have previously claimed.

Daily Mail Australia has approached Roxy for comment.

The friend said her spouse's imprisonment had made dealing with her recent breast cancer treatment more difficult.

Roxy was diagnosed just eight days after Oliver was sentenced to prison in June last year.

Her husband is expected to be released in June on good behaviour, after one year behind bars.

Roxy stood by her husband's side throughout the trial and the couple were routinely photographed arriving at court, hand-in-hand.

However, Oliver has been reportedly struggling in prison, where he spent Christmas without his family.
