Khabib Nurmagomedov is hell-bent on fighting at UFC 209, regardless of whether lightweight rival Tony Ferguson is on board or not. The pair are the two top contenders for Conor McGregor's 155 pound title and had looked set to square off with the Irishman taking a break from the sport. An interim title bout at UFC 209, which takes place in Las Vegas on March 4, had been in the works but has failed to materialise as of yet due to Ferguson's demands for equal pay, despite his pre-existing contract.
