Manchester United star Zlatan Ibrahimovic ruins Henrikh Mhkitaryan's moment on camera during promotion with Chevrolet

Zlatan Ibrahimovic is well known for his playful manner and dressing room mischief, and now Armenian play-maker Henrikh Mkhitaryan has experienced it first hand... live in front of the cameras.

The duo were taking part in a Manchester United promotion campaign with club sponsors Chevrolet, when the Swedish superstar decided to cause destruction.

As Mkhitaryan stepped up to recite a passage to camera, thanking United fans in Korea for catching the game live with Chevrolet, Ibrahimovic decided to add his own unorthodox amendment to the filming.

But Swedish superstar Zlatan Ibrahimovic has other ideas and mischievously picks up a ball

Evidently keen to lighten up the rather tense looking Mkhitaryan, the legendary striker collected a football and playfully pinged a shot in his Armenian team-mate's direction.

With his usual precision, Ibrahimovic's shot sailed through the air, crashing into the advertisement hoardings behind the rather surprised looking Mkhitaryan.

A moment's pause, while the camera crew worked out what had happened, then saw the set fall down in slow motion around the former Borussia Dortmund man, while a hysterical Ibrahimovic made a quick getaway.

A confused Mkhitaryan took several moments to process what his team-mate had just done, before breaking out in laughter at the gall of the Swedish striker.

The two men appear to be linking up expertly of late, and were responsible for the exquisite 'scorpion kick' goal which Mkhitaryan pulled off against Sunderland.

It was the lofted pass of Ibrahimovic which found the play-maker, before Mkhitaryan executed a finish that would leave Old Trafford stunned and himself deserving of the December 2016 goal of the month award.

United fans will be hoping the duo can continue to strike up their flourishing relationship, with the Red Devils now having won each of their last six consecutive Premier League games.

Following a stuttered start to the season things now appear to be clicking into place for Jose Mourinho's side.

The Red Devils are back in action on Saturday, January 7, when they host Reading in the FA Cup third round.
