Tobey Maguire and ex Jennifer Meyer may have split, but the former couple looked like a happy family while brunching together with their son this weekend.

On Saturday the 41-year-old actor and ex-wife Jennifer Meyers, 39, visited West Hollywood's Crossroads Kitchen with their son Otis, seven.

The family kept warm in winter layers while looking full and content after their weekend brunch at the upscale vegan restaurant.

The couple seem to be getting along after the couple of 10-years announced their separation in October.

In a joint statement, the pair said: 'After much soul searching and consideration we have made the decision to separate as a couple.

In addition to Otis the couple share nine-year-old daughter named Ruby.
