A relaxed-looking Elsa is seen in track pants and a casual top, with an eye-catching beaded necklace hanging down to her midriff.

In the caption, Elsa thanked the book's author, Spanish model Vanesa Lorenzo, for the insights offered.

The mum-of-three said she 'loved' the book, which was written about Vanesa's own experiences with yoga throughout her pregnancy.

Sharing the love: Madrid-born Elsa has previously taken to Instagram to share pictures from her yoga sessions - with a couple of guest stars making an appearance

Madrid-born Elsa has previously taken to Instagram to share pictures from her yoga sessions - with a couple of guest stars making an appearance.

In April, the Furious 7 star stripped down to a bright yellow bikini as she showed twin sons Tristan and Sasha, two, how to do yoga on the beach.

Elsa could be seen lifting her leg skywards doing the one legged downward-facing dog.

Her boys adorably copy her and do the complex move in their baggy T-shirts.

Yummy mummy: The super-fit 40-year-old regularly uses her social media accounts to chart her fitness exploits

Elsa captioned the shot: 'My boys enjoying the beach yoga with mami! (sic).'

A few weeks earlier, in March, the family's pet piglet Tina wandered into a photo of Elsa while her yoga session was in full swing.

In the image, the actress's pet is seen nibbling on her foot - a distraction which would have no doubt made holding the Wild Thing pose even harder.

She jokingly captioned the image: 'Morning yoga With Tina.'
