Novak Djokovic sails close to the wind with on-court conduct as Nick Kyrgios points towards double standards

Novak Djokovic's latest flirtation with a default on Sunday brought scorn from Nick Kyrgios, just as the world No 2 and Andy Murray hotfooted it down to the Australian Open. Not for the first time, Kyrgios drew attention to the question of what would have happened to him had he behaved like Djokovic did during his three-set defeat of Murray in Saturday's Qatar Open. Kyrgios, who has been forced to work with a sports psychologist by the ATP to counter some of his own conduct on court, tweeted a behind-the-court angle of the Serb batting a ball away in anger during the opening set of the final.
