Nico Rosberg shows off his F1 world title in front of the Arc de Triomphe as he soaks up life after retirement

- Mercedes are still searching for a replacement driver for Rosberg
Nico Rosberg has been making the most of his new-found free time in retirement as he ventured to Paris this week.
The Formula 1 world champion paraded his title in front of iconic landmark the Arc de Triomphe in what he described as a 'Paris selfie'.
The 31-year-old has been enjoying the high-life since he called time on his career just five days after sealing his maiden world title at the end of November.

Rosberg celebrates finishing second in the Abu Dhabi grand prix to seal the world title
Rosberg beat arch-rival and Mercedes team-mate Lewis Hamilton to the top prize with a second-place finish in the Abu Dhabi grand prix sealing victory.
'In 25 years in racing,' he reasoned, 'it has been my dream, my "one thing" to become Formula One world champion. Through the hard work, the pain, the sacrifices, this has been my target. And now I've made it. I have climbed my mountain, so this feels right.
'This season, I tell you, was so damn tough. I pushed like crazy in every area after the disappointments of the last two years. And, of course, that had an impact on the ones I loved.
'I cannot find enough words to thank Vivian. She has been incredible. She understood that this year was the big one, our opportunity to do it.

Five days after his maiden world title the Mercedes driver announced his retirement from F1
'She created the space for me to get full recovery between every race, looking after our daughter (15-month-old Alaia) each night, taking over when things got tough and putting our championship first.'
Mercedes are considering Fernando Alonso as a replacement for the retiring world champion.
But two-time championship winner Alonso is about to enter the final year of his three-year deal with McLaren, meaning Mercedes may have to look elsewhere.
Mercedes face a race against time to bring in a new driver alongside Hamilton, with pre-season testing due to begin in February.
Former Mercedes test driver Pascal Wehrlein, 22, remains the most realistic option for Wolff, who insists both his drivers will share top billing.
