The gentlemen sat back and watched the game and appeared to be pretty into it.
Casey sported a blue sweater with black pants and a red hat.
He let his infamous beard show and paid close attention to what was happening at the game.
Father-son night: The actor and his 12-year-old enjoyed the tournament as they read the program and checked out the scores
In the hoop: The guys watched the players dribble and shoot the ball in the basket
Indiana was clearly pro-Lakers that night since he wore a yellow jersey with the team's name on it.
He added on a white shirt with khaki pants and white sneakers.
He also enjoyed himself as he sat comfortably with his father and checked out the scores.
Lucky surprise: The ball made their way over to the family as Indiana caught it
Here you go: The pre-teen tossed the ball back in the game
The father-son duo had some pretty good seats courtside since the basketball made their way over to them.
At one point Indiana picked up the basketball and threw it back in the game.
Casey also has eight-year-old Atticus with his wife Summer Phoenix, 38.
Casey is nominated for his second Golden Globe Award for Best Performance by an Actor in a Motion Picture- Drama for Manchester By The Sea. His first nomination was for his role in The Assassination Of Jesse James By The Coward Robert Ford in 2008.
Speaking to Interview earlier this week about his career, he mentioned that he enjoys playing roles that are unique from previous ones.
Dapper man: The star donned a tuxedo at the Palm Springs International Film Festival Film Awards earlier this week
'I'd like to never be pigeonholed, which is difficult to do,' he said.
'You're encouraged to do the same kind of movies. But I would like to keep doing different things.'
At this point, the acclaimed star is approaching new career options with caution.
'Sometimes I feel like every movie I make could be the last,' Casey said. 'I know that's not really the case, but if I think about it that way and I'm very careful, then maybe I can build a career, movie by movie, that I'm happy with.'
Staying suave: The Golden Globe nominee was part of the National Board of Review Gala in New York City last Wednesday
