With a slot car track on the living room floor and a go-kart to get around the swanky $14million pad it seems speed demon Jimmie Johnson's love of the track is shared by his family in their West Village home.
Accustomed to a life in the fast lane, seven-time Sprint Cup Series champion opened up the Manhattan home he shares with his wife Chandra and two daughters, Evie, six, and Lydia, three.
Although their home base is in NASCAR capital Charlotte, North Carolina, the family spends a lot of their down time in the light and luxurious New York apartment.

She told Architectural Digest: 'The West Village is heaven.
'It's a really romantic neighborhood and it feels the closest to living in Europe.'

When Chandra became pregnant in 2013, the growing familys sold their three-bedroom unit in the building, buying a five bedroom in the same building for $14.25million, reported Page Six.

The two girls can be spotted 'driving go-karts through the hallways or racing slot cars on a toy track in the living room' according to Architectural digest.
Apart from Charlotte and New York, the Johnson's also homes in Aspen, Colorado, and Tulsa, Oklahoma.
