Mick Jagger's ballerina baby momma, 29, steps out in chilly New York just weeks after giving birth to the 73-year-old Rolling Stones frontman's eighth child

Ballerina Melanie Hamrick stepped out on the streets of New York City just weeks after giving birth to Sir Mick Jagger's eight child.

Hamrick welcomed son Deveraux Octavian Basil Jagger on December 8. 

Basil was the first name of Sir Mick's late father, who died in 2006, although he was known to others as Joe. 

The 29-year-old went makeup free for the outing, accessorizing with a black purse and matching ankle boots.

The Rolling Stones frontman became a father again at the age of 73. He welcomed his eighth child, Deveraux Octavian Basil Jagger, on Dec. 8

Hamrick and Sir Mick, 73, began dating after the death of fashion designer L'Wren Scott in 2014, Sir Mick's partner of 13 years. 

Head of the family, Sir Mick has eight children by five different women. 

There ages range from 17 to 46. 

He has five grandchildren and in May 2014 became a great-grandfather. 

It's reported that Sir Mick flew 3,500 miles from London to New York in a last-minute dash to be by Hamrick's side for the birth of Deveraux.

Sir Mick and Melanie are not planning on getting married, they plan to co-parent given his hectic work schedule.

The Rolling Stones frontman is understood to have given Melanie a $150,000-a-year maintenance deal to help the ballerina raise their child.

He is also believed to be helping the New Yorker find a home in the US to raise the boy.  

The $150k will be paid until the child is 18, with school fees also paid for. After secondary school a trust will help cover further education and expenses, which could be as much as £500k. 

A source told MailOnline: 'Mick wanted to make sure that the deals and money aspects were in place before Christmas and the birth of their child.

'Mick is adamant that the kid will be cared for and the deal works out at 150k a year and then housing on top of that.

​'​It is a very fair deal for family to make sure they have adequate care and finances, and of course Mick is keen to help raise the child. Mick insists that he will be stand by Melanie throughout the child's first 18 years.

'After that they will make sure that the child's future is provided for too whether it be a career or seeking further education. This is a very amicable deal which has been agreed between a couple, who are not married, but are devoted to doing the right thing for the child.

'​Mick is excited about the shows and has found a new found love for the band again.

'They will be pushing their new blues album out too during much of 2017. He is very excited about things that are happening with the band.' 

The child is Jagger's eighth. He is seen on stage in Las Vegas in October 

Reports have circulated that Sir Mick is in cahoots with Russian model Masha Rudenko. 

Rudenko, 31, denied that she's involved with him.

She told MailOnline: 'There is absolutely no romantic relationship between myself and Mick Jagger. 

'I have met him, I do know him a little and I'm a huge fan of Mick and the Stones but to suggest there is anything going on between us is just not true.

'It upsets me to read that I’m in love involved in love triangle and I don't like the lie. This is not who I am. I was hoping these rumours would die but its gets just worst.

'I wish only the best to Mick and Melanie and their new born baby! I’m so very happy for them. I wish people would get to know me for my own talent but not believe I am something I am not.' 

The rock star's rumored relationship with the model is said to have angered Hamrick.
